Key Account Manager

About the Role

Uber Eats is looking for a sharp, highly motivated individual to join our post-sales Enterprise Account Management Team. As Account Manager, you will work efficiently and optimally with restaurant partners by deepening the relationship to increase retention as well as grow revenue and expand services. You will be the face of Uber Eats to the market responsible for building meaningful, lasting relationships across external and internal teams to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners. This role needs strong focus on project management and relationships development excellence.

What You"ll Do:

  • maintain relationship with the highest value restaurant partners
  • provide guidance to highest value restaurant partners, including live consulting to help restaurant partners optimize value they extract from partners
  • help ensure successful launches when priority partners are involved
  • lead special projects
  • utilize dashboards to monitor business and operational impact of new policies and products
  • lead roundtables and conduct surveys, surfacing important insights to drive the business forward
  • help design processes, structure and tools to effectively shape the organization and bring best practices to the market.
  • process data and prepare presentations for monthly reviews with partners
  • work with Salesforce, Google Sheets and other tools for analysis and processing data

What You"ll Need

  • Ideally, one year plus of experience in a B2B organization in sales/account management
  • Entrepreneurial: gets things done independently and with ease
  • Analytically strong; learns quickly and can easily solve problems (data analysis methods/tools knowledge is a plus)
  • Enthusiastic, can listen well, solve problems and adapt to different customers and new situations
  • Excellent written and spoken communication
  • Conversational English and Polish speaking proficiency required
  • A passion for talking with customers!
  • Self-starter demeanor with an ability to thrive in a fast-moving, constantly evolving team environment
  • Ability to clearly frame a value proposition and ask the right questions to be able to overcome objections
  • Willingness to roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit quarterly and annual revenue, retention, and adoption targets
  • Basic CRM experience (Salesforce experience a plus)
