Role Description

You will be located in Turnhout, Belgium, although you will be travelling most of the time.

Their key to success is ambition, so for this client, every bit of ambition you have is a strong plus! Teamwork is still number one and you communicate clearly, even when company structures grow complex. A will to win, positively competitive nature and belief that the team is stronger than the individual are all important cultural beliefs for this client.

You will report to the Sales Manager Retail Belgium - but maybe you're driven enough to take his seat in a year or two!

Of course, you will be responsible for handling large national accounts in the retail. You manage your own PNL and are target-driven. Your clients are your own business and you take it personally, so you also take personal responsibility.

Responsibilities

90% of your time belongs to Carrefour, Colruyt, Delhaize, Aldi
You implement, evaluate and develop account year plans and sales campagnes. Thinking long term is key at this scale. For this, you work closely with marketing and field sales.
10% is dreaded paperwork, but you finish this fast!

Requirements

- Experience managing Retail accounts
- At least 3 years of Key Account experience in general
- Finished Bachelor level degree, or preferably a Master
- You love targets
- Winning makes you happy
- Your can-do mentality drives you forward, you're dedicated and ambitious

Fluent Dutch, English AND French are requirements for this role, seeing as you will be acquiring customers all over Belgium.
