Main Task

•Managing of sales of all Power tools brands in the dedicated customers, mainly home centers but also food retail chains, cash and carry markets etc. Outperforming competitors and achieving continues, profitable sales growth and market share wins.
•Developing customer’s strategies, living sales and KAM excellence standards.
•Negotiation of local contracts with dedicated customers including terms&conditions, pricing, marketing support.
•Responsibility for implementations of agreed concept via field sales force and merchandising support

Educations and Experience
•University degree
•Minimum 3 years for experience in key account management in consumer goods market, from reputable, international companies selling branded products
•Experience in dealing and negotiating with big international retail chains
•Knowledge of category management philosophy
•Documented personal achievements in key account management
•Very good level of communications in English

Personal skills
•High dedication to work and achieving targets.
•High level of consumer orientation and pro-sales attitude
•Courage in decision making, fact based decision preparation
•Ability to work in team and matrix organization
•Positive mindset
•Problem solving skills
•Excellent communication skills including presentations
