For our Client, a global supplier for automotive industry, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who will be responsible for the development of new projects and manage existing Key Accounts.

Our client, a global company on the cutting edge of driveline technology, is looking for a goal-oriented and proactive Key Account Manager.
Description
* Strategic further development of business by means of acquisition and establishing business with new customers.
* Development of the five-year plan for key accounts in consultation with the Sales Director. Identification of suitable target projects and initiation of necessary measures for business success.
* Planning of short-, medium- and long-term customer sales. Calculation and evaluation of annual targets in collaboration with Sales Director,
* Initiation of strategic measures for the fulfilment of future customer requirements in consultation with the Sales Director,
* Developing and maintaining new and existing customer relationships and ensuring professional customer relationship management,
* Maintenance and improvement of relations with central decision-makers at customer organizations across all regions,
* Extensive commercial care of the customer in the event of complaints and change requests.
* Preparation and hosting of customer visits, trade fairs and customer events,
* Ensuring the achievement of targets for the customer by managing commercial activities.
* Processing of incoming customer requests and internal coordination with the respective divisions,
* Compiling the costs for preparing offers from the individual divisions and creating a finance model,
* Checking, clarifying and minimizing the economic risks for the company as part of the offer preparation,
* Detailing documents for the offer preparation based on analysis of market developments and trends,
* Price negotiations with customer within the framework of executive board instructions,
* Monitoring of offer deadlines and approving deviations if need be,
* Training of new staff,
* Creation of presentations.
Profile
* A degree in Engineering or Economy,
* Minimum 4 years of experience in sales of complex industrial goods, ideally in the automotive industry, ideally as K.A.M.,
* Strong communication and negotiations skills (both in Polish and English),
* High personal culture and networking skills,
* Strong analytical skills,
* Self-driven and motivated to achieve goals,
* Well organised,
* Enthusiastic,
* Stress resistant,
* Driving license cat. B.
