Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
Face to the customer – You are responsible for achieving sales objectives by selling products to new and established key account customers for our Sales Office in Poland, within the given company framework.
You conduct presentations to customer executives and decision makers and you prepare formal proposals and you lead the negotiations.
Key Account Management – You will be responsible for business policy with key account customers. You build and develop the relationship with our key decision makers for new and established accounts.
You prepare the sales contracts and routes for approval
Analyse – You analyse customer business opportunities and threats and design plans to capitalize on them. You prepare the sales strategy and conditions for your customers and you coordinate and perform economic and competitive analysis. You identify opportunities for field sales force to secure sales and you monitor the competitors and the market with understanding customer needs. You develop accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Your profile – multifaceted:
- High school / university education
- At least 2 years of experience on KAM position and other sales experience of 2–8 years
- Similar experience from an international FMCG company focusing on international chains
- You have a positive, flexible personality with excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, as well as organizational and analytical skills
- You are highly self-motivated and flexible
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Native level of Polish and good English and/or German written and oral language skills
- Driving licence
