The Key Account Manager is responsible for handling large lighting OEM customers.

Our Client is one of the world's top LED driver manufacturers for the rapidly growing lighting market.

Description

  • Acquisition of new key account customers - large OEM lighting customers.
  • Key task is expanding existing relationships and bringing in new clients.
  • Developing a relationship whit major key customers.
  • Developing an understanding of key account needs and create value through solution selling.
  • Negotiating contracts with the customer and establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints.
  • Managing communications between customers and internal global teams.
  • Collaborating with the sales team.
  • Preparation and submission of on-time required reports to the management, including reports of the noteworthy market, customer, and competitive developments.

Profile

  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to follow through on closing the contract.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed, proactive in setting goals, planning, and executing plans.
  • Understanding of OEM customers and their position in the LED lighting industry.
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • 5 years of experience in the lighting industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, sales, or relevant technical field.
  • Fluent in English.
