For our client - an international and well-known company in agriculture industrywe are currently looking for a person to take the position of Key Account Manager for Poland. Our Client is a leader in production of agrochemicals and seeds. The KAM will be a part of an international sales team of Horticulture / Flowers Department. The position is the new one in Polish structure.
The person we are currently looking forwill be responsible for establishing and maintaining company’s position on the Polish market in the scope of modern trade (DYI / Retail / Whoesale). Key Account Manager will identify new opportunities, gain new customers, conduct negotiations, analyzing the market as well as coordinating activities to create meaningful sales and presentations materials.. Moreover, the person will create and implement sales strategy on the market in close cooperation with Sales, Technical and Marketing Departments in the scope of translating the needs of customers into specific requirements in Poland and also abroad. Candidate will be working in home office model.
We are looking forcandidates with min. 3-5 years with a significante experience in Horticulture sector with a wide technical knowledge in the field. Moreover a great knowledge of the Polish market in the scope of DYI / retail customers will be necessary. Very welcome are candidates with higher technical education in Horticulture, Seeding, Agriculture, Soil scientist and similar areas. Very good knowledge of English is a must (contact with headquarters and abroad). We are looking for candidates who are well-organized, independent, goal-oriented, communicative and ready to travel.
