For our Client, an international company, we are looking for a talented individual for the position of Junior Team Leader with Spanish.

A person in this position will be responsible for:
- Preparing and accounting of documents provided by business controllers
- Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the process
- Performing a high level review of accounts for errors and omissions
- Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations
- Analytical review of significant movements on accounts
- Preparation of reports and analysis
- Providing support to the client for finance related queries
- Supporting audit of financial statements
- Building and maintaining strong business relationship with other teams, delivery lead and client teams
- Supporting team work, motivating and leading to keep high quality results and efficiency, providing regular feedback on Team’s performance
- Ensuring effective communication
- Acting as the team’s career counselor
Requirements:
- University degree (in Business Administration, Economics, Accountancy or Finance as beneficial)
- Fluent Spanish and good command of English
- Approximately 2 year of experience in the area of General Ledger
- Willingness to develop in the area of team leading
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Open for shift working system
