Responsibilities:
  • Provides analytical support to the CRM system in the context of client feedback and the existing survey tools
  • Develops new and innovative analyses and approaches that provide insights to adhoc topics as well as recurring analyses
  • Respond to colleagues’ inquiries on data related questions on client feedback results
  • Cooperation with Finance and the CRM Team (reporting definitions, reports and standard analyses, monthly scorecards, etc.)

 

Requirements:
  • University degree (nice to have: Finance, IT or Analytics)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office package
  • Excellent command in English (B2/C1 level)
  • Willingness to develop professionally as analyst of IT systems
  • Strong service mentality in answering ad hoc queries
  • Communications skills - interest and aptitude to deliver excellence in analytics and translate insights into messages for the leadership/ broader audience (written and verbally)
  • Willingness to work in American hours (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM shift)
