A New York based interactive media agency with a division in Krakow is looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Strategist.
As a junior strategist, you enjoy all kinds of aspects and love connecting things, the primary role is supporting the vision, mission and development of strategies across the roster of Underscore clients focused on health and wellness brands. This role undertakes research, analyzing data using Underscore’s resources, help draw relevant insights to assist in shaping the direction for client campaigns.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning:
- Working with senior team members, clients and the account team to understand the client's marketing objectives, strategic imperatives and overall business needs
- Support the lead media strategist with research, analysis, and reporting in related areas, such as market research, target segmentation, and brand strategy.
- Aid in the creation of consumer insights, identify target audiences, population/segment size, identify key characteristics, behavior and media habits
- Structure, build and present media scenarios with lead media strategist
- Ability to extract trends and insights from complex data sets, problem-solve, and help make decisions
- Project Management:
- Process oriented thinker with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage various complex projects simultaneously
- Staying on schedule and on budget in a result driven environment

Criteria to be met by candidates:
- 1-2 years of strategy/planning experience
