We are now searching for a junior procurement role which is similar to a
Your new role
Your new role will focus on the facility department working for the DACH region. Among your responsibilities would be to:
- analyse the market as well as bench-marking considering “best practice” and “total cost of ownership” approaches;
- offer support in leading of tenders with ideal use of competition;
- work closely with global category managers in managing contracts in Contract Data base, including data input and cleansing for spend reports, supplier reporting and Ariba support (Vendor on boarding, documentation maintenance, etc.)
- handle legal templates and review contracts with regards to adjustments to new legislation;
To succeed in this role you will need:
- 2-3 years previous experience in Procurement/ Contracting, ideally with first experience in Facility Management Topics / Real Estate / Logistics
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) and knowledge and experience with SAP Ariba is a plus;
- As you will work and be part of the teams in DACH region advanced German language will make your life easier
- English as well is very helpful
- Legal knowledge and contracting experience as well as academic degree in Business/ Law or technical disciplines would be very nice to have
