Junior Solution Consultant
As the junior solution consultant will be responsible for all aspects related to the design and implementation of a customer's UC environment often interact with internal and external c-level executives. Junior solutions Consultant will be expected to operate during opportunity development and will develop relationships with technical peers in the client organization, and onsite with customers during deployments.

For our client, American global technology company located in the centre of Warsaw, we are looking for Junior Solutions Consultants.
Description
- Work closely with Technical Account Manager and other required resources to develop, design, and consult on solutions and create necessary documentation for technical deployments
- Review and support design of solutions for network implementations and product deployment.
- Able to provide pre-sales support for all types of service projects related to customers.
- Provide internal business partnership to key stakeholders
- Provide technical leadership in project situations
- Provide technical support for pre-sales project opportunities
- Build of Technical architecture reports for major account engagements (quality over quantity)
- Act as technical solutions consultant for all technical resource needs, and deployment decisions for multiple projects
- Responsible for gathering business goals, objectives, and technical requirements.
- Drive the creation of customer on-boarding/implementation strategies, road-mapping approaches and deliverables to be carried out alongside other internal resources within the Services organization.
- Define and document engagement scope, deliverables and pricing within a Statement of Work (SOW)
Profile
- B.S. in technical or business related field or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in technology / operations / design
- 5+ years' experience in a mixture of networking, network applications and major account development
- Microsoft Lync / Unified Communications Experience /Certification
- Knowledge of other UC solutions, such as IBM Sametime, Cisco UC Manager etc.
- Working Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, switches, Routers, Firewalls (NAT & PAT translations), IP telephony, VLAN's
- Demonstrable working knowledge of H.320, H.323, RTV and SIP protocols
- Experienced in the 'consultative' approach to selling and trusted advisor role
- Exceptional customer focus and advocacy skills proven by strong client relationships. Excellent customer focus and adaptability.
- Strong problem solving skills with logical approach to problem determination. Must have the ability to effectively communicate recommended resolution.
- Ability to travel 20 - 25%
