For Our Client, well known and globally recognized company, we are currently looking for Candidates with French and German to join Payments department.
While working as Customer Experience Expert,you will be responsible for excellent client management support, improve client engagement and resolve the majority of client enquires at the first point of contact. Your duties will be also related with contacting internal departments to solve Clients problems. Your job will be to proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues / transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the Company.
We are looking for Candidates with fluent English and German or French.Experience gained in an international company, and in financial services would be an asset, but is not a must- we are also open for Fresh Graduates that are looking for first professional experiences. This is a full time job with very attractive salaries (up to 6-7000 PLN gross/ month for people with some experiences). An ideal Candidate is able to work under pressure of time and under pressure of KPI's.
