Junior / Senior Assurance Specialist with German
For our client, global consulting company, we are currently looking for Junior and Senior Assurance Specialists positions with very good German and English language skills.

- Be aware of technical issues or assurance risks.
- Execute & document specific review procedures as defined by the engagement teams.
- Build knowledge about risk management, including understanding significant business processes, the regulation applicable to the client, and other risks specific to a client's business.
- Timely identify accounting issues, clearly document the facts and findings, and discuss with Manager.
- Work with the global team members to set goals and responsibilities.
- Contribute ideas for improvement by comparing the efficiency of review procedures performed across different clients.
- Proactively discuss workflow management with the assurance teams, allocate resources to the assigned work, and monitor performance against standards. Monitor utilization for one's team, budget to actuals, and other operational matters.
- Standardize review processes along with leveraging best practices across one's aligned engagements or beyond.
Profil kandydata
- Very good German and English language skills.
- University degree with a basic understanding of accounting and assurance concepts.
- 0 - 3 year of relevant work experience in basic accounting - depending on the level of the position.
- 0 - 2 years post-qualification experience with either.
- Mid-or top-tier accounting firm focused on external or Assurance reviews.
- Larger domestic Polish companies, preferably within a Shared Service Environment.

- The ability to quickly form strong working relationships with colleagues in global teams.
