We currently seek a (Junior) Resourcing Consultantfor the Delivery Team which specializes in recruitment for large multinational organizations related to IT and accounting market. The role is based in our Wrocław office.
As a (Junior) Resourcing Consultant you willbe involved in effective recruitment coverage across multiple industry sectors – predominantly IT and Finance & Accounting, make sure all individual and team targets are achieved or exceeded,fulfill the clients' recruitment needs by ensuring 100% of the jobs released are filled, telephone screen and meet applicants, short-list them and ensure that they are suitable to be submitted for the particular role,search all databases available to find the perfect candidate for the clients needs, manage the provision of comprehensive and timely feedback to candidates, following the submission of a CV and an interview, utilise available technology to track and monitor all recruitment activity, actively maintain the candidate database to ensure up to date information is stored.
Successful candidate shouldhave experience inrecruitment, be target orientated and self-motivated, focus on a quality of service provided, be commercially aware.
Fluent English is a must, additional language skills would be an asset.
