NATEK has become one of the key players in IT outsourcing and consulting in CEE region and it has been so mainly thanks to our team acting as a true business partner to our prestige international customers as well as our IT consultants.
In order to support our continuous growth on the market, we are looking for young talent to join our team who will support the recruitment team.
Your responsibilities:
- Sourcing and headhunting talents in internal and external databases, job boards and social media recalling candidates and updating their profiles;
- Building and engaging a network and pipeline of professional contacts;
- Updating reports for the given role/project or vacancy when researching for new specialist;
You should have:
- Hunger for new experience and knowledge
- Enjoys communication with people
- Advanced command of English
- Very good organizational skills
- Previous experience in sourcing or call center would be an asset
