Junior Receivables Specialist with European languages

BPO employs over 3400 specialists in its offices located in Krakow and Katowice.
Currently, to our BPO Center we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Post description
- Managing a portfolio of customers and collecting accounts receivable balances
- Performing basic reconciliations
- Handling clients’ requests and disputes
- Interacting with Client's various parties and entities
- Building and maintaining strong relationship with assigned Customers and representatives
Ideal candidate profile
- Very good command of English
- Good command of German, French or any other European language will be a distinct advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Customer oriented
- Focus on details
- Multitasking and ability to meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of MS Office tools (especially Excel)
- Ability to work during Polish holidays when required
