Junior Product Manager, GI Synergistic Products
Role Objective:
In cooperation with Senior Product Manager:
- Independent conducting of entrusted tasks and marketing and digital projects for dedicated Rx portfolio;
- Contribute to consistent and continuous market share growth /objectives through marketing activities
- Collaborate with third party agencies to develop creative campaigns
- Proactive research and recommendation of new marketing solutions and ideas (market and competition observation).
Accountabilities:
Key for the Junior Product position
- Being a part of the strategy settlement for products and constant updates and checkups of the plan;
- Support Senior Product Manager in creation and production of video, infographics and animations;
- Development and successful implementation of promotional materials incl. digital materials
- Digital media management- campaigns planning with the publication calendar;
- content management of websites and landing pages Implementation of new digital solutions (apps, VR);
- Digital data analysis- working with Google Analytics, Google Trends.
Business Strategy and Management
- Consistency of entrusted activities with Brand Strategy to maximize brand performance;
- Implement multi-channel solutions including digital tools with the strategic plan and compliance;
- Achieving the above through effective liaising, networking and working relationships with the Medical Department and relevant outsource agencies.
Financial Management
- Effective budget control and resource management within predefined project budgets.
Communication
- Ensuring effective communication with all relevant internal and external key stakeholders;
- Identifying and raising relevant issues and proposing potential solutions, through the appropriate internal and external channels;
- Implementation of multi-channel innovative communication approaches to customers.
- Field work with representatives and key customers
Compliance
- Ensure that all activities are meeting desired compliance levels.
Key Capabilities:
- Creativity and openness for new ideas and solutions;
- Perceptiveness which leads to mistakes and errors capturing;
- Readiness to cooperate with various internal departments;
- Project management;
- Ability to effectively cooperate with external stakeholders (agencies, publishers and portals);
- Proven track of websites/ Apps;
- Experience with Veeva/SMILE.
Educational and experience required for the role:
- University degree (marketing/ digital marketing);
- Technical skills: project lead, MS Office package (presentations and Excel);
- Proven ability to think and work cross-functionally;
- Forceful in project delivering;
- Analytical capabilities, well organized;
- Self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking and delivering results in a timely manner;
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
