Your new role
The main purpose of this role is to drive data analysis to enable stakeholders to perform fact-based decision making and support Group/Country organisations to access, use and create valuable analysis through global Procurment infrastructure: Key areas in which the role is heavily involved in would include:
- Data Analysis: Forecasting, bonus calculation, spend, KPIs
- System Support: Global Procurement Infrastructure through daily analysis, trouble-shouting, development, updates, trainings & super user support
- Reporting: Procurement KPI Performance through dashboards & reports
- Ad hoc support: Update of Global Knowledge Centre, Training material, Organizational documents, Contracts, Webinars
What you'll need to succeed
- Student or graduate of Business, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Technology, Engineering
- 0-4 years of working experience
- Independent, can-do attitude & problem-solving skills
- Strong English communication skills – written and verbal
- Practical experience from a Supply Chain & Procurement function is considered a benefit (but not a requirement)
