Your new company
On behalf of our client, a global producer of specialty chemicals for water-intensive industries we’re looking for junior EMEA HR Payroll Specialist
Your new role
You will be responsible for process payroll for assigned countries and ensure that payroll is processed on time and in compliance with all statutory regulations. You need to process employee data changes as needed and finalize employee time and attendance data prior to payroll processing. You will effectively communicate with all the organization levels as a partner and point of support, developing and building partnerships across key areas as HR BP, HR ops team, accounting and finance. You will be also responsible for proactively manage own workload to meet the required deadlines in cooperation with the rest of the team, and payroll manager. You will have to cooperate with HR BP, finance and external vendors. Your responsibilities will also include taking part in audit and other common related activities once required. You will also manage registration for new employees (insurance, new hire reporting to governmental agencies).
What you'll need to succeed
We don’t require any previous experience but You should have keen interest in pursuing career in HR operations area and eagerness to learn. You will also need very good excel and analytical skills. B2 level English is also required. Our perfect candidate is open minded, responsible and self-disciplined and have very good communication skills. German, French, Italian, Dutch, Swedish or Spanish would be a big advantage. Also experience in Kronos or any other time and attendance system would be nice to have.
