Junior Order Desk Specialist with French / German

For this Client we are looking for candidate for Junior Order Desk Specialist with French or German
Main duties consist of:
- Gain knowledge in scope of Procurement process and activities to be able to independently support Buyers in validation process in the future
- Provide suppliers with Purchase Orders
- Be an ambassador for Procurement
- Be the point of contact in questions related to Purchase Orders edition and gain experience in this scope to be able to make PO edition fully independently in the future
- Be the link between the supplier and other Procurement and Business Teams in case of questions related to orders and learn how to efficiently process them with help of more experienced colleagues
- Be the point of contact in relation to questions concerning Procurement process and provide answers related to this scope more and more independently
Requirements:
- Very good language skills (at least B2 level of German or French, as the first foreign language, combined with a communicative knowledge of English in case of being the second foreign language used at work)
- Willingness to learn effectively in scope of Purchase Request validation and Purchase Order distribution
- Demonstration of ability to gain full knowledge of Procurement Process
- Ability to collect experience to be able to work efficiently and independently
- Good level of written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to undertake and learn extra tasks including active participation in meetings/conferences with other teams
- Positive attitude, personal drive to achieve and exceed targets
