For our client, a well-known insurance company, we are looking for highly motivated candidates who would like to develop their skills and join new Learning and Development team.

As a Junior L&D Administrator you will be responsible for administrating all learning and development processes in the company - it includes: managing whole trainings system for the employees, checking their training needs, ensuring that employees attend obligatory trainings, taking care of all administrative aspects, keeping in touch with both internal and external trainers.

We are looking for candidates who have some previous experience in organizing events/administrating/trainings, plus have good organizational and interpersonal skills, good time management and ability to multitask. Being familiar with SAP or other ERP (Learning&Development systems) would be a huge asset. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must!
