- Receiving (Answering phone calls from end users) and registering Service Requests (SR)
- Trouble shooting and resolution of SR"s thanks to knowledge of client's business applications
- Manage ongoing communication with internal and external clients
- Prepare reports for the management and clients
- Other duties as assigned by management.
An Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Fluent or native one of the following languages: Dutch / German / French / Italian
- IT knowledge will be an asset
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of MS Office package
- Problem-solving skills
- Pro-customer attitude
- Very good communication skills
