Your new role
You will join Corporate Support team.On this position you will be responsible for providing first/second level of technical guidance for internal client. You will support end-users via ticketing system in hardware and software issues. You will also manage domain accounts using Active Directory, Exchange mailboxes, Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook. Moreover, you will be responsible for ownership and management of designated tasks, office space maintenance (computer, telecommunication and cabling) and cooperation with International IT teams.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal Candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience on similar position. Knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies (Windows/AD/O365/Office) is required as well as basic knowledge of Network infrastructure.
We are seeking Candidates with strong communication skills and experience in customer service. Fluent English is a must.
