For our client who is a luxury Swiss brand that has its global center in the Tricity, we are looking for Junior IT Global Service Desk Specialist who speaks very good German.
We are searchingfor a Junior IT Global Service Desk Specialist, who takes ownership of issues, service requests and demonstrates strong problem solving having the positive client experience as focus.
Your new role
In addition, you will be responsiblefor providing support to users, the operating system and the office environment to perform workflow related tasks. What's more you will be responsible for striving to get a high 1st level support solution rate to gain high level of user satisfaction, informing proactively IT users about the status of their request and coordinate with other teams. You will also be responsible for documents problems solutions and continuous maintenance of internal knowledge database.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience in a similar position, willingness to develop in the IT industry, possessing basic IT knowledge. What's more, a person in this position should also have friendly and professional attitude, customer service and solution delivery orientation and ability to learn quickly.
