We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Junior IT Business Analyst
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Act as first line of engagement for all projects initiation (all projects that are Insurance and/or requires Insurance IT resources)
Work with business to understand and refine Ideas into High Level requirements AND functional needs into Agile Epics
Help elaborate and refine the needs of the business (project) to other IT stakeholders; Architect for solution design, various IT teams for estimation
Coordinate and manage number of different IT teams (local, global, Insurance, and Non-Insurance) for estimation and consolidation.
Lead any necessary meetings and walk through sessions
Ensure timely and accurate update to senior management
Must be proficient with both Spoken and written English
Requirements:
Good understanding of IT & Agile
Fluency in English
Knowledge on product management
Knowledge on project management
Experience on JIRA & Confluence, MS Office
Very good analytical skills
Positive, proactive and can-do attitude
Ability to work with team members in different time zones
A high level of motivation, quick to learn
Ability to work with minimal supervision
