For our Client, well-known company which is building global IT structures in Katowice we are searching for Junior IT Application Support Specialist.
Your new role
• Manage and configure application functions and processes (e.g. workflows, wizards, reports)
• Collaborate with business users and vendors
• Create and maintain interfaces for integration with company's core platforms (SAP, Microsoft)
• 2nd Level Support, analyze and coordinate fixing of bugs / unexpected behavior
• Support for training and end user tests
• Document deliverables
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of such technologies: Java, JavaScript/Typescript, SQL, Jira, Interface Technologies (e.g. SOAP and/or JSON/REST), Junit and common build tools like Jenkins, Ant and Gradle. Moreover, we are looking for candidates with experience in IT project management. In order to be relevant candidate you need to have strong organizational skills, analytical mind and problem-solving attitude. Due to work in international environment, we are searching for candidates with very good English knowledge.
