On behalf of our Client, renowned international company, we are urgently seeking Candidates for the position of Junior HR Specialist to join our Client in Gdańsk.
Your new role
The chosen Candidate will take responsibilities for quality and consistency of HR information system maintaining/assurance, administration of co-workers/employees database, running scheduled reports and creating reports as needed, identifying opportunities for improving Human Resources processes through information systems changes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need at least Secondary Education Degree, experience in administration area will be an asset, fluency in English (min. B2) and solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel). Knowledge of VBA and Workday would be an asset. Willingness to travel may be required.
