Junior Financial Controller
Lokalizacja: Poznań
Responsibilities:
- conducting financial reporting,
- active role in the financial month-end closing process,
- active participation in continuous improvement initiatives, new technology rollouts, and process design activities,
- preparation of management reporting for local management,
- participation in financial planning process,
- managing the team’s collective knowledge through preparing and updating process documentation and tracking progress of tax-relevant projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- experience in Finance, preferably in SSC/BPO area,
- 1+ years of experience in Financial Controlling and/or Accounting area,
- good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude,
- fluent written and spoken English,
- advanced knowledge of MS Excel,
- has previously worked with SAP and HFM (will be an asset),
- analytical skills, flair for data and attention to detail,
- can-do attitude and ability to work in a team.
