The recruitment process for this position and onboarding trainings are conducted online.
What duties will help you grow as an expert?
- Investigating requests made by customers and posting relevant records in the system
- Billing creation in the financial system
- Ensuring that complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared in a timely manner and that no unmatched item remains open
- Handling day-to-day activities and cooperating closely, when necessary, with customer service representatives, salesmen, Accounts Receivables, and managers to ensure ‘on time’ resolution
- Maintaining a proactive working attitude towards the clients

You will start your career from the onboarding plan where you’ll grab the basics. When you gain enough experience, you can get promoted or change your role internally choosing from various job positions in areas such as finance, project management, customer care, IT, and much more.

Wymagania
- Readiness to start your career in an international environment
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English (B2/C1)
- Very good analytical, detail-oriented, problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
- Work experience in an international/multi-site environment or customer service would be an asset
