Junior Finance Manager
For our client, one of Europe's leading suppliers of bakery products, we are looking for an independent and enthusiastic candidate for the position of Junior Finance Manager.

Description
- accounting and payroll company coordination (processing invoices ,payroll data,making sure that payments are executed)
- maintaining records and documentation on the agreements and financial documents
- overview and responsibility for the preparation of all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting activities (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow statements) in accordance with US GAAP / IFRS
- ensure accurate billing of customers , handle billing problems and disputes
- manage forecasting and planning activities
- provide accurate and timely insight into business performance by analysing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
- comprehensive knowledge of international and Polish Accounting Standards
- working knowledge of management accounting and controlling, financial analysis
- deep understanding of all P&L and Balance sheet components
Profile
- a qualified professional with minimum 3-5 years of experience on a finance position
- Master's Degree in Finance / Economics
- very good analytic skills with strong attention to detail
- very good MS Excel knowledge
- working experience in use ERP systems (Navision or SAP)
- experience in FMCG industry would be an asset
- dynamic problem solver with entrepreneurial spirit
- demonstrated ability to work independently, meet reporting deadlines and prioritise of work to achieve objectives
- very good command of English is a must, German language would be an asset
