the FP&A Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in the evolution and success of the digital business by
participation in a couple of very interesting projects and responsibilities. You’ll have the opportunity to
partner with a dynamic, passionate and incredibly talented team. With your finance and analytical skills,
you will advise the team to help drive the success of the business.

The key focus of this position will be the involvement in introducing a new way of financial modeling of
Digital revenues and costs across global markets. You will participate in implementation of new
processes in data reporting and planning tools based on the Cloud environment. On top of that you will
provide meaningful profits in the future through ensuring appropriate review and control over revenues
and expenses combining them with business KPIs. The successful candidate will be able to apply critical
thinking skills and financial concepts to modeling, reporting, analysis, planning and strategy, and
communicate to senior operational leadership in a manner which encourages action and continued
engagement.

Responsibilities:

● Introduction of new type of forecasting and budgeting focused on business KPIs,
● Participation in data modeling of Digital P&L by implementation of Cloud based solution across
the markets
● Data collection and governance over the Digital KPI’s and financials that build the accuracy in the
forecast and budget processes
● Maintain the financial and planning systems focused of proper data gathering and usage in the
financial processes
● Identification of potential inefficient processes in the existing reporting cycles, introduction of
process improvements and implement financial best practices
● Cooperation with various business teams to deliver the actionable insights which aim to improve
business unit with key focus on forecast accuracy and reporting
● Summarizing key findings to support discussions and decision making with the business
● Utilize business priorities and knowledge of direct to consumer product in general to develop
appropriate long-range business models including annual customer engagement, revenue and
expense targets
● Monitor financial success against targets and regularly communicate status to senior
management variances and potential risks
● Support the monthly forecast, annual budget and long-range planning processes from the
consolidation aspects
● Performing ad hoc tasks and reporting related to Digital business

Qualifications:

● Min 2+ years of working experience preferably with experience in FP&A department
● Fluent in English is a must
● Solid understanding of forecasting and budgeting process
● Good knowledge of planning and consolidation systems
● General accounting knowledge
● Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, and Google Sheets experience
will be a plus)
● Assured self-starter on relevant projects and work is a plus
● Strong oral and written English communication skills
● Excellent analytical skills
● Proactive and hands-on
