For our Client - pharmaceutical company located in Krak贸w, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Junior Developer.
Your new role
Holding this position your role will be to administrate and develop of the ITSM platform. You will be responsible for implementation of new ITSM modules and applications, administration of service catalogue and CMDB and participating in IT Development related projects. Designing and implementing automated workflows and reports will be also your tasks. You will be also responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving, supporting the integration of new technologies.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful Candidate on this position you need to be experienced Windows user capable of solving problems related to the platform. You should have administration knowledge of Microsoft backend systems. Capability of scripting and programming for Windows and web (e.g. C#, PowerShell, VBS, JS) is also required. Knowledge of ServiceNow and GxP pharma environments as well as knowledge of Microsoft cloud products such as Office365 will be your additional advantages. Very good English skill is a must.
