Responsibilities:
- collection, evaluation, refinement and consolidation of infrastructure related requirements coming from projects and application teams under the service coverage of Global Markets ICT Infrastructure
- assistance and coordination of the infrastructure delivery teams in elaboration of correct effort and costs estimations, solution proposal and target architecture design
- facilitation of interaction between infrastructure and application teams, serve as Infrastructure focal point for application teams
- planning, coordination, tracking and management of the activities of the assigned infrastructure related project streams in a cost effective way within the defined budget and timeline
- monitoring of milestones against goals, proper control over the defined scope vs budget and timeline over the projects duration
- proactive management of projects risks, issues anticipation and problems identification, management of escalations. Promptly address/escalate issues or problems that can cause delays in the project activities and support their resolution
- Interaction with other departments of UBIS – both technical and functional –including RTO and other providers, in case required for the delivery of the services by Global Markets ICT Infrastructure
- follow UBIS standard project management procedures and related processes (project management, budgeting and expenditures, other governance rules)
- coordination, tracking and end-to-end support of infrastructure requests to V-TS according to the processes defined in UBIS, including coordination of critical V-TS changes
- PMO support to the Global Markets Infrastructure Manager, tasks allocation/tracking, status reports on the activities and projects, slides preparation, maintaining internal tool of Demand and Project Management team
- very good command of MS Office applications package; some resources have technical knowledge and experience in creating/maintaining databases (e.g. MS Access), work with SQL data views/extractions, creating reference data charts in slides using e.g. MS Access – MS Excel – MS Powerpoint
- support and coordination of ongoing tasks related to important and complex run activities where coordination with application teams is needed
