For our Client, an American company, we are currently looking for Candidates who want to join an international center as well as build and gain new experience in Customer Service area (order to cash process).
Your main responsibilities on this position will be: managing and accepting the order from start to approval, contacting the customer in English, checking the stock level, approving the processing complaints, managing all customer disputes to resolve any issues with orders.
We are looking for people with potential, for 6 months contract, who want to develop career within an international and friendly environment and who possess excellent command of English B2/C1. Knowledge of SAP system is essential (basic level). First professional experience in customer service/ logistics area will be a plus.
