Your new role
Within this position you will be responsible for providing customer service to Italian clients and answering queries via email (no incoming calls).
Business sector: travel industry.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for Candidates with Bachelor or Master Degree, previous experience in customer service will be an asset. Fluency in Italian is required, at least C1 level as well as good knowledge of English - B2. An ideal Candidate has to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills as well as ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
