Your new role
A person on this position will be interacting with customers on a daily basis, i.e. responding to client inquiries via email. You will be also providing the customers with information about other products and services. The main duties will also include a more administrative aspect such as creating and updating the internal customer database.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful on this position you must possess a very good command of Italian (minimum C1) and communicative English skills (at least B2). Other requirements include strong communication skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Previous work experience is not required.
