Junior CRM Analyst

Our Client is a global company that deals with strategic and operational consultancy in Poland. The company is well-know and has a well-established position on the market. It has numerous offices located all around the world and it supports over 1000 experienced specialists in Poland. Its Clients use knowledge and experience of international experts whose ultimate goal is to improve Client's results.Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are currently looking for a person who would like to become a team player in the local team for our Client on a Junior CRM Analyst position. The candidate will be responsible for coordination with practices/offices in order to map the requirement for the client’s CRM database and other executive contacts as well as helping them to establish, expand and maintain this database. Additional tasks will consist of the following:
• Merging and consolidating existing initial Excel based lists, identifying missing information, and closing these gaps by using internal databases
• Performing quality checks on the final database to ensure validity of information, and delivering quality checked final databases to the respective units
• Use the online CRM IT system to help teams organize and carry out email campaigns, such as invitations to conferences and other events and provide advice to ensure a high quality of all outgoing communication

U Kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na:
BA degree (or higher)
English language skills (at least B1 or higher)
Solid database validation, compilation and management skills
Excellent MS Office skills (especially MS Excel – merging, consolidating and quality checking of large Excel files)
Flexible with timings (12:30 PM – 9:00 PM) in order to accommodate internal clients located in different time zones
Professional attitude and excellent manners, especially regarding calling and talking to people
