We are looking for a Junior Career Consultant (internship) to take care of the professional orientation of students to the labour market, enriching their awareness of the use of their own abilities and specific skills, in order to provide them the necessary tools to emerge in a market always more competitive.
The resource will be involved in career counselling sessions to foster an understanding of the current labour market and define a strategic plan for students' career development.
You will work in a young, dynamic and international context and will take care of the planning and delivery of career development services dedicated to national and international students.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Furthermore, he will be motivated, focused and will have the ability to think strategically.
Main responsibilities:
• Career support;
• Analysis of professional needs;
• Support for optimizing the LinkedIn profile;
• Support to the editing of CVs / RESUME & Cover Letters;
• Personal & Self Branding coaching;
• Preparation and simulation for the job interview in Italian / English;
• Support for search and sharing of job offers;
• Teaching assistance and internship documentation;
• back-up for tutors in case of absence;
• Student placement support;
• Create, maintain and manage partnerships with external suppliers;
• Assist, facilitate and participate in the organization of online lectures and webinars.

Requirements:
• Erasmus + Traineeship students or winners of any other European scholarship is a plus;
• Bachelor's Degree in humanities / linguistics / economic / social;
• Polish native, Italian B2 and fluent English (at least B2);
• Good knowledge of the main social networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.);
• knowledge of G Suite (spreadsheets, Forms, Calendars, Docs, Hangouts);
• Excellent analytical skills: accuracy, attention to detail, ability to analyse problems and data
• Flexibility, Proactivity & Spirit of initiative;
• Empathy, Able to support colleagues thanks to a strong sense of solidarity;
• Strong motivation for growth in the area of training, HR and Coaching;
• Result orientation, strong interpersonal skills, communication skills, flexibility and propensity for teamwork;
• Even brief experience in the HR or coaching / tutoring sector is considered a plus;
• Availability for the months of May, June and July 2021.
