For our Client, FMCG branch leader, currently we are looking for:
junior buyer

Responsibilities:
- Ensure tracking and continuous improvement of buying activities in within the responsibilities by using the appropriate measurement system. Establish buying plans for the responsible materials to ensure smooth fulfilment of all requested materials
- Ensure preparation and planning of the negotiations for major agreements within the responsibility. Conduct negotiations. Negotiate prices and terms and procure the requested materials
- Ensure all relevant reporting is prepared and submitted timely and accurately
- Maintain business relationship with suppliers
- Execute the Procurement part of the new product development and promotion projects in the BU and Country Operations
- Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external regulations
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience on relevant job position
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project), business applications (SAP)
- Fluent English
- Negotiation and communication skills
Welcome:

- Good knowledge of Buying processes and procedures
- Business experience in the Procurement function
