Our Client is Nordics, family owned manufacturing company with strong focus on responsibility, eco-friendly approaching with an international exposure. The company decided to set-up new investment and Shared Service Center in Wroclaw which is an integral part of parent business and support wide scope of operations.

A unique opportunity for Juniors and Business Controllers to join a growing Shared Services Center in Wroclaw and play a critical role in the organization and being responsible for developing and implementing controlling processes.
Description
- Works closely with business controllers in local business units
- Preparation and analysis of reports
- Preparing forecasts for SPCs
- Prepare cost center reporting
- Prepare planning/forecasts of cost centers
- Prepare group quality reports and support group quality manager
- Data validation for reporting purposes
- Reconcile financial data with FIBU, HR etc. (Check cost accounts and CCs)
- Supporting ad-hoc requests for financial/business information
- Support period-end closings (e.g. preparation of accruals and adjustments)
- Prepare, maintain and update Customer bonus calculations
- Review and interpret customer contracts to maintain/update customer bonuses
- Support sales management with sales controlling data and insight
- Support the use of BI/Qlikview, organizing trainings for sales personnel
Profile
- University degree in Finance/Accounting
- Fluency in English and German
- Experience from and understanding of financial accounting and controlling
- Understanding of management accounting and reporting structures as well as accounting and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset and comfortable with data analysis with high requirements for details and accuracy
- Proficiency with modern analytical and reporting tools, such as Qlikview
