For our client, British consulting company, we are looking for a Junior Business Analyst.
Your new role
As you will work for international company, we need you to be available to work on afternoon shift (2PM-10PM) with possibility to work fully remotely. You will develop a network of professional relationship within company and delivery partners to improve collaborative working and encourage openness for new ideas. You will manage stakeholder expectations by fostering open communication. You will take part in resolving stakeholders' conflicts. You will work for both - business side and IT-focused project side. You will support the business and functions in current state operating model by translating strategy into target operating models.
What you'll need to succeed
We need you to have a little of experience in working as a similar role, you need to understand the role of a business consultant. You need to be ready to work on second, afternoon shift on daily basis (2PM-10PM) as your client will be in another time zone. You must be fluent in English (both in speaking and writing) and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
