For our Client, an big international energy company, we are looking for motivated and ambitious Candidate for the position of Junior Back Office Controller.
You will be working together with 10 dedicated colleagues in our back office in Warsaw. You will also have 25 back office colleagues in another country. You should expect some travelling in relation to your work – primarily around training. Your key tasks will be to handle return mail, handle master data on customers, be part of our 'first-time-right' culture, contribute to achieving our KPIs with the business, correct and manage customer details.
You are expected to have a keen focus on improvements, always having the business in mind. You must use your detail-oriented way of thinking to make sure we do not have mail coming back. IT and logical skills are a plus as you are to work on an electronic platform – you will take part in moving from manual letters to an email solution, and always have the customer in mind.
Your qualifications and core competences include that you are serviceminded and good at processing details. You take a systematic approach to your work tasks, following procedures among other things, are good at finding the right answer, investigating issues and evaluating problems. It is preferably that you should have experience with handling master data, thrive in an international environment and are able to keep the customer in mind at all times. As we operate in an international environment, it is essential that you speak and write English fluently.
