For our client, an international commercial real estate company, we are looking for a Junior Assistant to Analyst.
The person holding this positionwill be responsible for assisting with specifications and implementations of application improvements. The Junior Assistant to Analyst will work with both inside users and outside clients therefore he will: plan system upgrades, train new users, maintain System User Manuals, respond to ad-hoc users’ requirements; assist with transition of new clients, i.e. liaison with clients to set up requirements for system set-ups, data mapping, planning and managing UAT cycle, cooperation with the outside software suppliers. The position-holder tasks will also include creation of new users’ accesses and updates and general administration support if needed.
We are looking foran open, communicative person with strong analytical skills and knowledge of information systems; preferably students on their last years of studies. The Candidate must have solid experience in working with MS Office. Fluency in English is essential due to daily contact with foreigners. Up to one year of job experience in an international environment would be desirable.
