Resposibilities:
Reviewing and verifying vendor invoices
Entering and loading invoices into system to proper department, GL code and local countries VAT rules
Preparing and posting journal entries for accrued expenses
Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date, preparing and processing electronic transfers and
payments
Maintaining vendor files, correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
Analysing and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Producing monthly reports
Assisting the business with queries relating to purchase orders, payments, receipting and invoices
Assisting with timely and accurate period-end closing
