we are currently looking to fill in the postion of:
Junior AP Specialist
We are looking for people who have just begun their careers within AP Accountancy
or are fresh graduates or Accounting related fields.
Your ideal profile:
-Short AP Experience/ Accounting studies/ trainings/ courses
-Strong communication skills in English
-Experience in Microsoft Office and SAP (esp. P2P, Finance modules) will be an asset
-Proactive mind and great administrative skills
Your responsibilities:
-Preparation on PO and non-PO orders
(+ further monitoring and verification with the Stake holders and Procurement)
-Invoice control in SAP
-Collaboration with Data Quality, Accounts Payable, P2P & Finance teams
