Your new role
On this position you will be responsible for analyzing and investigating overdue accounts, reviewing credit limits and releasing blocked orders, sending out remainders, performing collection calls and monitoring outstanding balances. Your duties will also include assisting customers in dispute resolution, agreeing on payment plans and following up on them, liaising with other internal departments and preparing monthly and weekly reports. You will have the opportunity to look for process improvements and implement ideas to increase effectiveness of the assigned processes.
What you'll need to succeed
