THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Limburg Netherlands.

This company produces food ingredients for many different industries. They are always on the lookout for technical sales profiles, meaning you have a background in and profound experience of food ingredients.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As junior salesperson, you are responsible for the maintenance of key account as well as the acquisition of new business. You operate in the Netherlands as well as in Belgium. Your background in Food Technology allows you to communicate with your clients and explain the possibilities of your products with them. You are creative, you think along and think in solutions rather than limitations. By setting and keeping your own budgets, you show responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following market trends and anticipating changes
• Building new and lasting relationships
• Negotiating prices and possibilities with clients
• Managing key accounts
• Setting and adhering to your own budgets

REQUIREMENTS

• BSc Food technology or similar
• 3+ years of sales experience
• experience in Food sales
• B2B experience strongly preferred
• fluent Dutch, English. French is a strong plus
• willingness to travel within Europe
