ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be part of the Business Control team. Together with the Finance & Accounting team you are the financial heart of the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing tangible initiatives to achieve profitable growth
- Translating opportunities and risks into tactical ideas, enabling the organisation to perform
- Developing commercial procedures, follow-up and corrective actions (E.g. pricing, promotion)
- Improve and develop models to assess product and customer profitability
- Advising and supporting brand managers and sales teams in new or existing activities to ensure that decision-making is based on financial support.
- Ensure and develop high quality information and insights into the business intelligence tool QlikView.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSc or BSc in Finance (MBA)
- Creative thinker and likes to solve complex problems
- Analytically very well adjusted
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Result driven, enterprising and able to make the difference
- Strategic thinker and able to form a vision
- Very good communication skills, impact and ability to influence others
