For our Client, a leading global provider of industry-focused mission critical enterprise software solution, we are looking for a person, who is able to take a position of Collection Specialist and will be part of Centre of Excellence Finance Team based in Krakow Office.
On this position you will work as part of a team responsible for the cash collections and assessment of customer credit worthiness. Your duties will include generate aging report weekly to initiate making collections calls on all past due accounts, drive targeted decrease in DSO, by a structured, active pursuit of customers to collect outstanding debt primarily by telephone and email and develop and maintain good working relationships with customers via regular contact, either by telephone or email.
The Ideal Candidate should haveminimum of 1 year of related experience and should have university degree in finance. Fluency in English is require (min. B2 level).Professional requirements include strong communication skills, attention to detail. Successful candidates must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers.
